August Zehner has over 20 years of experience in Marketing, Sales, and Business Development leadership within the Technology, Telecommunications, and Internet services industries. He has worked with clients from mid-level managers to Board Executives to help achieve their organizational goals.

With a strong focus on Sales and Marketing Management, August has operated in technology-related organizations for over three decades, including Computer, Data and Telecommunications, Internet, Digital Security, Labor Analytics, Discrete Manufacturing, Payroll and Accruals, IT management SaaS, HR ASP, early AI anti-spamming software, Soft Switch application-level ACD, Call Recording, VoIP, and Data Center.  

“The seven-layer architecture of the OSI model used in describing the communications between a computing system is as relevant today as ever. Understanding the basics of digital technology has played a significant part in my career success. I am able to create business value for clients by understanding the underlining technology,” said Zehner. August and his wife live in Anderson, Indiana. They have three children and four grandchildren.    

Educational Achievements

August earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from Ball State University and an MBA from Anderson University. He was an MBA Adjunct Professor at Anderson University's Falls School of Business for over 15 years, teaching Marketing Strategy and Business Plan Development.
