Bryan has forty-years experience working within all facets of an electric cooperative. He has experience in leading everything from the crews to the board room while also working with associated organizations such as Generation and Transmission companies and statewide associations as well as political action organizations and economic development organizations.
His focus in the past has allowed him to lead an organization that has been on the leading edge of technology while keeping a focus on the members and member engagement. He has worked extensively in renewables and renewable rates and has served on national symposiums to promote renewable energy as a viable source of energy.
Bryan’s experience has given him the opportunity to lead organizations to gain efficiency allowing these cooperatives to go ten years between rate increases, reduce outage hours and has worked diligently to increase member awareness of the cooperative as both a leader and a fixture to its communities. His last large project included a new division devoted to the build out of broadband within the footprint of the cooperative to provide a much needed resource to the cooperatives members and allow the community to grow through enhanced infrastructure availability.
Bryan earned a BSBA from Indiana Weslyan University.
