Glenn is a Semi Retired serial CEO and entrepreneur. He has Executive experience in startup, mid-size, and fortune 50 companies—expertise in telecom, datacom, networking, services, clean energy, and high tech. In addition, Glenn has diverse senior management experience that spans general management, product management, business development, sales, marketing, strategic planning, and IT/IS. He has a Harvard MBA.

He has twenty years of experience as a CEO, with Board experience on for-profit, startup, mature small business, not-for-profit, and charitable boards. He recently served as CEO of a 100+ employee telco in New Mexico. Managed CATV plant, ISP, Security Services, Business Services, and Video/Monitoring services. He was hired for a turnaround, re-building, and establishing the mature company as a market leader. Helped found and was the original Chairman of the New Mexico Fiber Network. Strongly believe in developing and motivating employees to attain Big Harry Audacious Goals (BHAGs).

In his career, Glenn designed and managed the development of digital telephones that sold over $5 billion. Co-inventor of call waiting on caller ID. It raised $200 million in debt, grant, and equity. The company made Digital South's "Top 50 Companies". A created company valued at $250 million within the first two years. EY Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist.

Glenn has served as Adviser or Director to over a dozen companies, Chairman of several companies, and Mentor to startups. Accomplished speaker - presented live to National Governors Association on CSPAN. Contributing author of ENRICHING ECONOMY AND ENVIRONMENT: Making Central Texas the Center for Clean Energy.
