Mike’s career spans enterprise sales, regional and national sales leadership, and strategic business development. He brings deep experience working with complex customers, long sales cycles, and technically sophisticated solutions—helping organizations translate capabilities into measurable results.
Most recently, Mike served as Director of Business Development at OCM Engineering, where he focused on strategic growth initiatives supporting broadband, utility, and infrastructure clients. In this role, he worked closely with executive leadership to strengthen market positioning, expand key relationships, and support long-term growth strategies across regulated and utility-driven environments.
Previously, Mike spent nearly five years at Zayo Group, where he held senior leadership roles including Principal and Senior Sales Manager, leading teams across the Midwest and Eastern United States. Mike began his career with CenturyLink, where he spent more than 25 years advancing through multiple sales and leadership roles. During his tenure, he built and managed strategic enterprise accounts, led indirect channel partners to record-setting performance, and earned repeated recognition for sales excellence, customer satisfaction, and leadership.
Known for a consultative, relationship-driven approach, Mike excels at aligning customer needs with practical solutions, coaching sales teams, and building sustainable revenue engines. His background across enterprise telecom, infrastructure services, and utility-adjacent markets makes him a valuable advisor to organizations navigating growth, change, and competitive pressure.
